4 Best Faceless YouTube Video Ideas Using AI
So you want to start a YouTube channel but don’t want to show your face or spend hours editing? I didn’t either. That’s why I created a faceless YouTube channel! They are one of the easier and more scalable ways to grow a YouTube channel and to earn money online, especially when using AI to help create your content.
In this blog post, I’m going to share 4 beginner friendly faceless YouTube video ideas that can be created quickly using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Pictory, and Eleven Labs!
#1: AI Generated Top 10 Lists
Creating top 10 lists has never been easier with the help of AI! When you combine multiple AI tools together, it’s a breeze. To help you come up with ideas and scripts for your videos, the obvious answer is ChatGPT.
You can start by telling ChatGPT something like “I’m creating a faceless YouTube video. Please write a YouTube script in a storytelling tone for the video title: ‘Top 10 Most Mysterious Places on Earth.” You might have to elaborate a little bit if you don’t like what it spits out at you, but after a few tries, you should have a script that is ready to go!
Once you have your script, you can take it over to Pictory, and it’s as simple as pasting your script into the “Script to Video” section! When you have that, you just choose your template, add your voice-over using Eleven Labs, add music and you’re done!
Eleven Labs is a super easy tool to use for AI voiceovers (and they sound real!) All you have to do is head over to the “Text to Speech” section, copy your script, and choose which voice you want to use! You can even adjust things like the speed, stability, similarity, and style exaggeration of the voice!
#2: Motivational/Inspirational Videos
These days motivational content is booming. Whether its YouTube Shorts, TikTok, or Reels, millions of people are watching motivational videos that make them want to take action.
The first thing you’ll need to do is go to ChatGPT and have it generate a script for you. An Example of this would be “Write a short motivational script under 100 words about never giving up, using an emotional tone.”
Then you can take that script straight to Eleven Labs and paste it right in there. I would choose a deep, calm, or emotional voice style since this will be motivational.
You can then take the same exact script and put it into Pictory into the Script to Video section. Select a clean or cinematic video style, replace/edit the clips that you feel don’t fit with what you’re trying to do (because AI is never perfect), and upload your Eleven Labs voiceover! After that you just have to add your background music (don’t worry, Pictory has royalty-free options) and your text captions. Boom! You’ve created your motivational/inspirational video just like that!
Now how will you be able to monetize this strategy? Easy! At the end of each video, add a Call to Action to download a motivational E-Book that you wrote, or link them a motivational course that you’re an affiliate partner with.
Pro Tip: Remember to try to keep the videos under 60 seconds for better engagement!
#3: Reddit Stories
Something that I always find myself getting sucked into are those videos on TikTok with Minecraft playing in the background and a Reddit story going over top of it.
The easiest way to do this in my opinion is with VUBO. With VUBO, you can automate the entire process of making a viral reddit story video. Just go to reddit and find a story that is interesting. These stories could be on subreddits like “r/AskReddit, r/EntitledParents, or r/TrueOffMyChest. The juicier the story the better! Once you find a story that you like, go to VUBO and add the script into the script box. Then you choose from one of their built-in AI voices, and generate the video!
#4: Faceless Tutorials & AI Tool Reviews
The concept is pretty simple for this idea. Just demo and show people how to use AI products such as Eleven Labs or Pictory and post them onto Youtube!
It might take a little while for this one to start generating you any income, but if you stay consistent with it, you’ll be making money from affiliates and ad revenue in no time! (P.S. Make sure you get an affiliate link for the tool that you are showcasing)
The reason that this idea for YouTube is good is because people are always searching YouTube for their problems, you just have to provide the solution. For example, if somebody is trying to figure out the easiest way to create viral TikTok videos, you can make a video about Pictory or VUBO, and when people click your links that are in the description for these tools and sign up for them, you get a little bit of that money!
As you can see, faceless YouTube videos are a low risk high reward way to build an income online. You don’t need fancy gear, or even your own voice for that matter, and AI tools have made it easier than ever to get started!
